Pay-Per-Call (PPC) Guidelines
1. The call for a specific issue will be open for 30 days or 10 calls, whichever comes first. If the vehicle comes back with the same issue after the 30 day period, you may need to pay for another call. ATSG is in the business of helping people and may waive the fee if it is within reason.
2. There is a 10 call limit per specific issue. If the problem is not resolved within those 10 calls, ATSG reserves the right to refund the customer.
